Group Visit

Please review available dates and times (in green) to request a 30 minute information session with an admissions counselor and a 90 minute walking tour of campus led by student tour guides. 

WHO
We are able to accommodate groups of up to 50 high school students for our official group visits. If your group does not fit this description, we welcome you to visit campus in a different capacity (please see the “Other Options” section below).

GROUP VISIT POLICIES

By requesting a group visit, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies:

• We require at least one chaperone for every 10 students, and there must be at least one chaperone with each tour group.
• If your group is running more than 15 minutes late to campus, we require a phone call to be made to our Admissions Office at 336-278-3566 so that we may prepare for schedule changes. Depending on our schedule, we may not be able to provide your session or tour based on space and tour guide availability.
• Student participants must be attentive and respectful while on campus. This includes no cell phone usage during the session or tour, respectful language and interactions with professional staff members and student tour guides, and maintaining the cleanliness of the campus grounds and buildings.

It is the Elon University Campus Visit policy that if any of the above requests are violated, the University Guide and/or Admissions Staff on duty reserves the right to conclude the tour or Information Session immediately and ask that your group be dismissed from Elon’s campus.  A record of your visit will be kept on file in the Elon Admissions Office for future reference.
